Did 8 x 400 in 2 sets with 5 mins between sets and 60 secs between reps (75.9, 72.0, 71.1, 72.7, 72.7, 73.7, 72.9, 76.9). 1/2 mile cooldown after. Last 2 there was a strong wind was in our face the last 100m. Lenny lead all of them. Did mile pace.
