COMMENTS: Ran from my house to Adam's. Then met Zim and set out to do Blue Creek but after the uphill on Kinney we decided to not do Blue Creek because of the hills. So when on 281 we made a turn onto Groton then to Main St. to Tompkins to the track. Got some water and jogged on the grass infield with he took a crap. Did 6 x 100m strides then ran back home.
