COMMENTS: 15 minute warmup with Sam then a couple of strides. 5 x 1 mile at threshold pace with 1 minute rest. I wanted to hit them a little under 6 minute per mile. Plan was to do 3 on the service road and 2 indoors because of the weather. [6:01, 6:03, 6:12] I had a bit of a stomach/chest cramp but went away while inside. Then indoors [5:42, 5:48]. Took about 8 minutes of rest from the transition outside to inside-Sam had to put on shorts and I had to take off my wet socks. 9 minute cooldown inside. PT exercises and stretched out in the room before running.
