COMMENTS: Steady 4 miles @ 5:50 pace. I went 5:53, 5:56, 6:07, 6:00. Windy on final 200m. Ran shirtless and had to avoid the track team stretching in Lane 1 and 3. I wasn't too mad about not hitting the times.
