COMMENTS: Went through the first mile in 7 flat. The gate in which we usually run on the course was locked past the mile marker so I had to go around it. I approximated that for the times I had to run extra I'll run 400m less than I was supposed to. 4.8 x 2k. In the middle I started to cramp up in my abs so I tried to breathe 3-3. Towards the end I started to get tight in my shoulders.
