COMMENTS: PT exercises before the workout. Did a mile warmup then stretched then a couple of strides. My pace was suppose to be 2:26 for the 5 x 800m but I knew that would be too hard to start with, so I decided to try to hit 2:40. Sam, Paul, Buddy and I each led a rep [2:33, 2:32, 2:28, 2:29, 2:30] with a 800m jog inbetween each, which took about 5-6 minutes. Mile cooldown then stretched.
