COMMENTS: Ran from my house to Sam's (4:36). Then ran with Sam and Paul doing Coral which is extremely hilly both up and downhill. Stopped at 26 and 66 minutes to take a crap on the side of the road. My stomach felt awful today and it lasted the whole run. It was a bouncing feeling that you could hear that just wouldn't go away. Finished the run in 1:53:58 then ran back home from Sam's (4:39).
