COMMENTS: After 8minutes of running from mom's house to the track took 5minutes of rest to fill my nalgene and change out of the saucony's. 4x1mi with 1min rests. Threshold pace (6:09): 6:04.4, 6:03.0, 6:05.3, 6:04.2. Then 5mintes rest before starting the hour run.
