COMMENTS: Ran from my house down to Tompkins to McLean to 281 to waterworks. Ran 2 loops loops inside. Stopped at 43 minutes to take a crap. Then exited, ran on the service road to the track. Did a mile there in 5:37 (91, 86, 81, 79). Stopped to talk to Paul and Sam. Then ran through campus home.
