COMMENTS: 20 minute warmup. 3200m time trial on the new track. Wanted to run 10:10-10:20 but just didn't have it in me today. 75, 76, 77, 79, 79 ,83 ,85 ,81= (10:39) in Ventulus. Then 44 minute cooldown with Sam with a little on the turf infield.
