COMMENTS: 1 mile warmup on the old track. 4 mile tempo with Sam and Dembrow on the service road, goal pace I figured was 6:15. (6:04, 6:04, 6:37, 6:04) for total of 24:51. So I averaged just under goal pace. The third mile was very slow because my left knee went kinda numb but went away for the end which was weird. 1 mile cooldown on the new track.
