COMMENTS: Stretched then ran with Bill, Tom, Sean and Dave through the whole the hole in the fence and did 2 big loops and 1 small one. Then continued alone for another big one. When exiting caught up with Paul and did a mile on the track with jogging the curves and striding the straight-aways which coach called "in and outs."
