COMMENTS: 2 mile Easy (just ran up LeBrun from Mom's to Saratoga down Washington to the track) + 4 x 200m Rep pace [37] (my splits: 36, 37, 36, 37) + 200m jog recoveries + 4 x 3 minutes hard running {approx. 900m} (here are my 800m splits: 2:42, 2:42, 2:58, 2:42) + 2 minute jog recoveries {approx. 300m} + 10 minute acceleration run [increase pace every 3 minutes] {2400m} (started out at 7 flat pace, then 6:40, then 6:20). 1 mile real slow jog cooldown back to Mom's.
