COMMENTS: Stretched real quickly in the room. 1 mile warmup. 10 x 400m [75.8, 74.5, 75.7, 72.7, 72.9, 72.6, 73.5, 72.2, 72.6, 72.9] with 400m jog inbetween. 0.5 mile cooldown. Hip was hurting on the cooldown. My stomach felt awful kinda like the feling like I just ate real a really big meal.
