COMMENTS: Ran from my house to the trainers (but did not add it to my total time) to see how my achilles felt and if it was good then I was going to run with the team. The trainers looked at it and said it isn't achilles tendinitis but something with the Anterior tibia muscle and that I might have tweaked it. It felt good so I ran with Dave, Tim and Sean for two loops in waterworks. 6 x 100m strides with Sean afterwards. Iced afterwards.
