COMMENTS: Ran on the treadmill after the library studying chemistry. I Ran with Paul for the first 40 minutes. Then listened to my cd player for the rest of the time. Did 11 miles with the first 2 at 8:00 pace, next 2 at 7:30 pace, then the rest at 7:00 pace.
