2 warm up 6 x 800, 1@ 6:49, 1@6:44, 3@ 6:40 and last one was actually .7 mile to make it to 6miles @ 6:30, and 1 mile cool down.I goofed on what my intervals were suppose to be at so this is how it ended up. they were all suppose to be @ 6:40. The last time I had a similar workout it was terrible but that was also only a few days after a race, I was concerned going into this, but ended up being better than I thought and I liked it. Robin stayed with me to make sure I completed my workout, thank you.
