This was not a consecutive hour, probably only 45 minutes of actually swimming. This was one of many retraining sessions training myself to breath on both sides. My right hip/lower back keeps getting stuck and I think its due to the constant rotation of my hips to that side when I breath. I had to take multiple breaks because I was not getting enough air when breathing to the left. By the end I did a full 200yd breathing only to the left. I got out of the pool and felt accomplished and tired, more a mental exhaustion.
