Notes
So what to say about this run.... well it was cold, and I truly hate to be cold. I eventually started to warm up and be able to feel my toes again and some dumb asses decide to run on the trails. well I wasn't on a group run to run by myself so I followed. well the snow was not all that packed down and footing was a nightmare. I was concentrating so much on my footing when I don't think it mattered, my feet where not doing what I wanted them to anyways. wasted effort. I was looking down trying to figure out if it was better to run in someone else's footsteps or to create my own. again wasted effort. whatever I did was terrible and took a lot of work on my legs. with all that being said in the end I bitch and moan about it but it was still kind of fun and given the opportunity I would do it again. so there you have, I am officially a dumb ass!
