Notes

I ran to South Lakes Park and did the long loop 3 times. This was a strong run for me. I didn't know my pace until I finished, I just knew I had to get back in 2 hours to get ready for church. This tops my 8 miles at a 10 minute pace that I had done in my Asics. I ate a few Special K crackers at 40 and 80 minutes as well as half a banana and a coffee before I set out.

I tried out a new GPS app on my BlackBerry. After the run I checked my distance ... 51 miles! Apparently I teleported to Lake Ray Roberts for a few steps of the run.

Towards the end of the run my back pain started again. Some arm/shoulder stretches while still running helped out and reduced pain by maybe 3/4.
