Notes

10 miles total. I was still in pain in my left foot from the gravel injury but it didn't worsen with the run. I switched to sandals for 2nd half, which was a mistake since I didn't have socks and got blisters. My weight was down to 172 after this 10 mile run following the swim workout.

I was hoping to do a 15 mile since the weather was great; overcast with a nice wind. The blister and lack of water ended my run.
