PR, and generally a good race.
I expected to run 6:30s, but I averaged 6:26--nice!

The one problem was my GI / bladder distress at 3.75M. Forced me to stop for a 40" Bathroom break (not included in the time above). ARGH! Capitulated. But I really had to stop unless I went in my pants.
