An easy run over 6 miles?!?!?!?! Well barely over... Oh! Also have this weird knee thing going on worth mentioning, the inside of my left knee next to my knee cap was throbbing all last night so I couldn't sleep and was bugging me during the day. No problems while running, however as soon as I finished it started throbbing again.
