Steady run after work! Goal pace was 6:50, so much faster! Pretty excited to get a good workout in after the crummy one Wednesday. Felt great during the workout and afterwards! Beautiful day for a run, even wore shorts and a t-shirt and got yelled at by some guy to put a jacket on so I wouldn't freeze to death.
