Felt good. I ended up running at 7:30 pm since today was so hot and humid out (it actually did cool down nicely by that time, but was getting dark by 8:30!!). Was running errands in Troy today and being at RPI got me excited about the start of cross country season and classes!

Legs didn't feel junky or sluggish which is always a win. Was actually feeling good and enjoying the tempo by the end, I honestly think I could have run longer and picked up the pace even further. The last 10 mins flew by and I was feeling smooth and relaxed. Last workout before practice starts up :)
