Freer workout on the grass 500m loop. New addition to Christine and my group, Loki! For whatever reason our pacing was really off today. Hopefully we didn't run too fast, but I think there is enough recovery this week before the race, so all should be fine. Felt good nothing too difficult. None of the reps were very painful. 1000m goal pace felt reasonable...but we'll see.
