This workout went really well! Felt much better than I have in days. Running the paces felt good, however I do not think I could have gone much faster than I did today. The 3rd one was a little slow, however I was just unfocused the first lap and ran it 4 seconds slow and then ran the proper pace for the remaining 3 laps.
