Notes
First segment of my morning run. Actually a nice temperature out today and was really enjoying the run. I think taking yesterday off may have actually helped even though I was pretty disappointed in myself. CanNOT believe I didn't bring lemonade money because I ran past a lemonade stand and it looked SO good. BUMMER. In other news ran into my boss and his middle school son out for a run in RR park, so I ran 15 mins with them and then ran home, so logged that separately because I wanted to know the pace of my main run
