Ugh honestly annoying. Took basically all of last week off because of this dumb tight hamstring and it isn't any better. Just gonna run through it and continue rolling and such and fingers crossed it goes away. About halfway through this run I had to stop and stretch a little and walk for a bit after stretching because it flared up
