You win some, you lose some. After days of trying I finally got up early enough to do a morning shakeout, but I was feeling really crummy so decided it was a bad idea to do my planned shakeout loop since it would take to long.

Slow, but I'm happy I got it in...the first one is the toughest the rest will feel better!
