Wanted to run for longer today and take this week as a high mileage week. It was tough to get out the door and the run was even tougher. Let myself run as slow as I wanted, did the smallest neighborhood loop and then went home.

I'm thinking I won't worry about the mileage as much, rather the quality of the hard days.
