Sorry I was away all weekend... My hamstring has been feeling better! Thanks for the trigger points. It bugged me for about 2 to 3 days, but been fine ever since. I got an e-mail from you on the meet schedule, is that the one?

I thought i emailed you trigger point stuff for the hamstring...good to hear its doing better. Are you taking your iron, sleeping and hydrating. Its possible youre just fatigued from the week prior but I just want to be sure the other important factors are taken care of

oh okay, I think you posted trigger points on an earlier log. Yes still have been taking iron! I think not enough sleep may have been added to the problem of being tired from running. I worked to catch up on sleep this weekend and felt better running today, I'll just have to be more conscious about it and work on it.
