2 by 10 min tempo @LT (6:13-6:03) with 2 min rest.
Ran with Rob in Pembroke. We got going pretty late, so it was nice and cool and misting a bit. Legs felt good, however stomach was a little off (Would be pretty crazy if that was from the apple I had 3+ hours before).
Rob had better paces, but here is the idea:
Tempo 1: 1mi --> 6:22
0.55mi--> 6:37
Tempo 2: 1mi--> 6:18
0.59mi-->6:20
I'm definitely rusty with running with someone in a workout and it will be tough getting used to reacting when someone picks up the pace. But I can't wait!!
A tad slow from a pace perspective, but I'm calling it a solid workout
