(800, 400, 400) X 3 with 45 sec rest in between each and 4 minutes in between sets
Goal times: 800 m --> 2:56, 400 --> 88
On grass at Freer. Really warm and buggy out today!
Reasonable work out. Pacing on the 800's were giving me trouble and I continually ran the first half too fast and the second half slower. Really bugged me that I didn't get into a good rhythm since that what's distance running is all about. Hopefully that's not that too terrible because I hit my paces (except for the second 800)
