Easy Fartlek (10 by 1 min on 1 min off) to transition back into workouts with Rob around FP with 4 by ~30 sec strides during the cool down. Avg interval pace 6:26, not exactly #summer of speed yet but gotta struggle through a couple (or a lot) tough speed workouts before it gets easier (and faster).
