Perfect night for a workout, the weather was great, no wind, beautiful sunset. Did it at the HS since Christine didn't have class today and went to practice :(
Was a little off my paces, but not too bad considering I forgot to wear spikes. I felt really good during the workout, however hitting the paces required a certain level of concentration and a conscious effort.
