3 by 1600 m @ 6:30, 6:20, 6:10 with 400 m rest in between

Going into this workout I was feeling tight and stiff, which is strange since yesterday and earlier this morning I was feeling fine. I think it might have been from riding in the car to and from Springfield for my cousin's baptism (got home around 5).

First 2 laps of the first 1600 felt tough, but after that the pace felt decent and easy. The second 1600 went much better. The third 1600 was feeling really tough, so I backed off a little to not go too fast (not even sure if I could have gone faster), ended up being 15 seconds slow. I think it was a good enough workout though
