Nice MLR. Ran Farrell, S. Lake and the added on a part of riding club. Future note: Should have added on corn fields in the beginning. Thought about running this morning then checked the temp and it was only 56, so I decided to run later when it was 70,, but ended up being 79!!!! :) First tank top run of the season! Ran into Ben and the Garrett.
Note: slight left knee pain for first 15 mins, gone after
