15 min tempo. Started out too fast (I've been having trouble pacing on my own a bit), so after that I tried to control the pace a bit. Feeling real bad the the 800m, chest actually got really tight and feeling dehydrated/ light headed. Stood around until I could breathe normally, then grabbed my water from inside and that seemed to do the trick.
