Morning run with Mad Mike and BG not really sure on this distance it was supposedly 3 but it felt a lot shorter legs felt awful shins felt like rocks but thankfully the pace was slow so the pain was bearable, Very Very entertaining to run with Brian thats for sure. Also Delevan is very very hilly!!!
