Notes

workout today 3x1 mile loop around my block with about 3 minutes or so rest in between. First one felt pretty good felt nice and strong Second one felt even better felt like I was flying the only reason these times aren't faster is because there was about a quarter mile where I was running straight into the wind. 3rd one was a little rough as I was pretty tired and the workout was catching up to me but was still able to put up a decent time on it. Pretty happy considering the miserable conditions out. Starting to really fell confident and in shape next race is the 22nd cant wait to see what I can do during it
