Notes

have plans after work in the city so I had to wake up around 530 am and get this run in. Decided to stay at my house because I wasnt sure how I would recover because I did my run around 9 pm last nigth so I didnt have a ton of time to recover. Once I got going legs actually felt decent but after a half mile or so I could feel my shin tightening up so I decided to make it to 2 miles and call it a day. Not worth putting myself through that much pain for 2 extra miles in week 2 of training. Pace was slower as expected on a treadmill started low and kept increasing the speed got going to around 720 pace towards the end
