Notes

Probably the best I have felt both cardio wise and body wise since I started running again. Got new shoes yesterday so this was the first run with them stomach felt fine as I have been trying to eat a lot better recently and I felt more smooth due to the lifting i have been doing starting to get back into it I can feel it. Anyways plan for this week is a recovery week back down to 5 miles and then build again the next 2
