Bike day today. Legs were pretty sore from the race. Guys were doing a workout so I figured Id get in a longer tempo kind of ride. Got the rpm to between 105-110 and kept it there for the duration of the ride the resisitance level was at 7 for about 10 minutes then moved it up to 9 and the heart rate was around 130-135 the whole time. Nice solid ride didnt feel like I was pressing too too hard which is ok but I was still getting in a good burn
