Notes

building controlled warmup. Plan was to do 20 minutes we did baby naper but since we started at rice it came out to be a bit short. I fell off the pack becasue I accidently turned and ran with the 2 mile guys before realizing I was going 3. Headed in a bit early thinking I had run for 20 minutes when it was really around 17 or so
