15 1/2 clockwise loops from the Y around the High School. 6 mile warmup followed by alternating MP miles then a 3 mile cool down to finish, mostly because I was toast. No gu., just water and only a banana for breakfast. This was a bit repetative and more difficult than I would've hope for since I didn't run much of it at marathon pace. Maybe I'm just foolish to think I can run that fast for 26. Tick tock.
