11 total @ MP Gebung and back, with a couple loops around the pond.. Sort of not the way I intended but a good run nonetheless. Was really just planning on 9 or 10 in the middle of MP. After completing mile 11, I felt like I had enough at that pace and was really beat so I would just cruise in. Then i was able to recover and get back on pace for the last couple miles. This happens to me in races too. Just when I am ready to cash it in, somehow I get a second wind and get back on track. I really wish this would have been easier, because that's only half the distance I need to cover at that pace in order to make my goal. This was probably still easier than running six thousand feet straight up for two hours.

Thank you. We need to plan a Friday night of going around and around the pond and/or through the High school and around the block to simulate night running and boring loops.

Definitely. Maybe some night my family goes to the Mainers, I'll bag the game and meet you (we go a lot), and then you can come back to the house and discuss the loops over frosty beverages

High school loops actually would be great practice for ATL. And yeah, nice run, and yeah, you know it's not as hard as running up that damn stupid mt.
