Starting at mile 3, planned 13 mi @ MP, which I figure right now is around 7:30. That part went very well. Fast forward to mile 15 and you encounter a large hill, right at the point where i am expecting to begin my 4 mile recovery following the taxing tempo. McCullough and Andy fared well from this point on. I had to walk a good portion of the hill and a couple more times on subsequent hills. Still happy that I completed my planned workout. Despite my complaints to Doug, I know that this sort of workout will only benefit my quest for a solid PR in May. Thank you Beaulieaus for being great hosts and having those pancake sandwiches hot and ready to go when i arrived. To die for...actually I almost did. First ever 60 mile week.
