Decided to essentially race the course today. Me Andy and LTrain together up 109 until the turnaround spot and then I guess Lance had enough. Andy was on my heels the entire way back down 109 and really made me work. We both crossed the finish line in sub 20 so we were pleased to do this pace for a "training run".
