Before work, was going to do some 800s, then the intervals got all messed up so I decided to just wing it and run some different speeds. Ankle is bothering me anyway and I'm coming off some form of heat stroke from Monday that had me down for the last day or so. I am beginning to think that heat acclimation is not possible. Only 70 degrees this morning and I was dying. If it's humid at the marathon I'm pretty much screwed.
